Terms and Conditions

• The Floater offers drone services, including aerial photography, videography, 3D mapping, and event coverage.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.​

Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid upon completion of the service.

• We accept payments via credit card, e-transfer, or other approved methods.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the deposit.​

Travel Fees

• Travel within a 20 km radius of Dieppe, NB, is included in our standard pricing.

• Beyond this range, a travel fee will apply to cover fuel and additional costs​

Weather and Safety

• Services may be postponed or canceled in case of bad weather, unsafe flying conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• We prioritize safety and reserve the right to make operational decisions on the day of the service to ensure safe flight conditions.

Licensing and Ownership

• All drone footage, images, and 3D models created during the service remain the property of The Floater until payment is completed in full.

• Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the footage for personal or commercial purposes.

• The Floater reserves the right to use the footage for promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

• The Floater is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• While we follow all regulatory and safety guidelines, The Floater is not responsible for any damages caused by unforeseen incidents during the shoot.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.
